I've used Castle Pump & Electric on several occasions and realized I needed to tell the world how much I appreciate these guys! 1st job, they put lights and outlets in my barn and tack room - no more feeding in the dark! There were some challenges with a couple motion sensor lights and Rob hung in with the manufacturer until it was resolved. Simultaneously they added lights and outlets in our garage so there are no more extention cords running everywhere. Next, our well pump quit working in December! Had a plumbing outfit try to tell me the well was out of water 😳 Rob came to my rescue. His guys changed out the pressure switch and did some temporary plumbing magic that got the water flowing through until spring. 3rd job was adding outside lights and outlets to our deck and hooking-up the hot tub. They got right after it! Then, just before Thanksgiving, I bought a new gas range. Getting it to fit involved moving the kitchen island and outlet. When the contractor reinstalled the outlet, it didn't work. And my new dishwasher didn't come with an electric pig tail. The guys fit me in at the end of their day on the Thursday before Thanksgiving and came back the next morning to figure out why the outlet wouldn't work and fix it. They were tenacious and didn't leave until my range had power so the gas would ignite. They saved our Thanksgiving dinner! I've got a few other projects in the works - Castle will be my first call! The guys were always great with their work, pricing is very reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves! You won't be disappointed.

I absolutely recommend Castle and will be using them for all my future electric and well repairs. They are a fantastic quality company with excellent people. Electric problems are often tricky and need somebody with strong knowledge, experience and genuinely cares to dive into the riddle. You realize how reliant life is on electricity…when it suddenly vanishes. I had intermittent low voltage issues for two years and could never find the right electrician to trace the issue. Rob answered my call the day after thanksgiving and understood my issues just by description. Came out within the hour to assess my problem even with his arm in a cast! Rob arranged for Jesús to repair first thing next morning. Arranged for Pacific Power to kill power as total line needed new supply connections. Thank you Rob and Jesús for making me sane again!! My house is a house again after two years of stressing.

I had well issues and ultimately needed a new well drilled. Another popular company kept saying they would be there to help to get a pump set in the new well but gave me the runaround a few times, which lead me to find Castle Pump & Electric. The pump side of this business (Ryan) said he could help and be there within a few days. Castle Pump/Electric showed up promptly, told me what I needed to do on my end, and got the job done as they said they would. After the pump was set, the previous electric supply was not to code due to its age and would have failed inspection. The electrical side (Rob) came out to give us a quote, said they could squeeze the job in within a few days and, again, kept their word. Rob was super friendly, gave me some options on how the new electric could be set, and got the job done. Very please with the level of communication, professionalism and promptness of this company. If/when I need more work done, this company will be my first dial.

Rob and his crew do amazing work. They were on time each morning. The guys cleaned up their work areas before they left each night. The guys were friendly and considerate as I was working from home in the back room. The industrial 96 in fan they installed with a switch looks great in our vaulted ceiling. The outside hot tub hook up was a clean install with no ugly piping. The two electric charge spots on each side of the garage were installed neatly as well. We plan on hiring them to do some other work in our condo on the West side. You won't be disappointed with their work! Thanks for all your great work!

Called to set up our appointments and were always seen the next day. Jesus and Alex came out twice to diagnose some problems that popped up as we were getting our house ready to sell. They were fast and knowledgeable and were able to solve problems left by another electrician. We are absolutely thrilled with the work they did and felt their rates were very fair. They came through at much less than we were expecting for the problem and were happy to explain the fixes to us. We will be using them in the future whenever we need pump or electrical. Also, Rob was kind enough to answer questions after hours and still get us scheduled for the next day!

My house was built in 1940. needed to upgrade my electrical panel because my old knob and tube electrical panel wasn't safe. This company was fast, efficient, kind and reliable. I did a few estimates with two other companies and they were 4000 dollars more to do less of a job. The other two companies said I needed to move my meter 6ft. away from a window. Well that was not true and they also didn't mention upgrading my range and dryer outlets either., which needed to be done as well. I am very pleased with this company. They are local and knew exactly what needed to be done. I highly recommend Castle Pump and Electric LLC.

Rob and his crew did an amazing job. They were there on time when they said they would be there. We had a little bit of a hiccup with the power in our home. I called Rob after 5 o’clock he answered my call right away and sent someone out the next morning. Jesus was there a quarter after 7 in the morning and by 8 he texted me that everything was hooked up and working. If you or anyone you know needs any electrical work done, Rob is the person to call. He and his crew are who I will call anytime I need work done. Thank you Rob and Jesus — you do great work.

To be fair I should note that a discount on my bill was offered for a review here but I was not asked to make it good or bad and I would have left a good one regardless of the discount. I called on a Saturday morning in a long weekend about two rooms in my house that lost power. The breaker wasn't working. Within 2 hrs the job was completed by adding a breaker to my box. The tech was very professional and worked quickly to resolve the problem. I highly recommend this company. They dispatched help on a long weekend immediately and fixed the problem. That kind of service is hard to find!

Our family had a new hot tub delivered to our home a couple days prior to Christmas. I spoke with Rob about installing the electrical hook up for the tub when it arrived. With only a weeks notice, he drove out to our home over the weekend to inspect what needed to be done and despite his busy schedule, managed to get the work completed prior to Christmas so our family could enjoy the new hot tub. They were professional and went out of there way to provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend Castle Pump & Electric!

Rob was great to work with. He walked me through the options for the work I was looking for so that I could make an informed decision of what was best for us. He and Jesus were responsive and punctual throughout the entire process, from site visit, to quote, to install, to inspection. To quote the inspector, "that boys and girls is how it's done." I would definitely recommend Castle Pump and Electric based on my experience with them.

The material that my house is made of is Lath and Plaster which can make installing a new box outlet difficult. My electrician came in and got right to work installing a box that looked perfect. The material barely budged. I was very impressed. The electrician was also very pleasant and gave me some insight on what my electrical needs would be for future installations that I had questions about.

Rob and his crew are a breath of fresh air. I was in the shower and the water slowed to nothing at all. Talk about a had way to start the work day! I called Rob and he had someone there within a few hours who pulled the well pump and electrical and had the new pump in the well the next morning. Quick, friendly, get it done fast type of attitude will keep me coming back to Castle Pump and Electric for all needs that they can service!

The company returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. The employees were very professional and courtesy. And my follow-up questions and concerns were address appropriately. I had not needed these services before and didn't know who to call. I will definitely call them first next time.

Great experiences with Rob! The first time I called, my electricity shorted out to my underground sprinkler system. He came over, on time and reasonably priced and fixed it. The next time i called, I was having a problem with a light switch that no longer worked in the kitchen. He fixed that problem, fast and reasonable also! I’ll definitely go thru Castle Pump and Electric again!

Could not be Happier with the work and professional of Castle Pump & Electric !! It took one phone call... I talked to a real person , they showed up within an hour and fixed our water well in no time . Price was a great value and they helped educate us on proper well and plumbing procedures and maintenance!!! we highly recommend them, CALL THEM FIRST!

These guys are good at what they do. We had them install electrical wiring to a mini split we just purchased. Jesus who installed the wiring, did a heck of a job. He kept everything neat, clean, and pleasing to the eye. He was also very polite, respectful, and busted his butt. I would definitely recommend Rob and his crew.

Castle Pump wired my hot tub for us. They were incredible. They ensured the job was done right and that it would look good when it was all said and done. Rob was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive when I had any questions. I will definitely use Castle Pump and Electric in the future for any electrical needs.

Rob is awesome!! We lost power and thought it would be an easy fix…turned out there was more to it, but Rob made all the work easy! He was in contact with everyone who had a hand in the project. Exceptional people to work with. Both the pump and electrical sides of Castle did excellent work in a timely manner at an excellent price. New pump for the new well and brought the breaker-box up to code. Thank you, much. Would definitely work with again and recommend to others needing similar service.

Rob, Jesus and crew were very responsive, always answered my calls, friendly and professional. Had to return a couple times as my house is older and required special care. They always showed up promptly (and friendly) for repairs. I would use them again. Thanks Castle Pump & Electric.

Rob and his crew from Caste Electric provided excellent service, were friendly and very competitive in price, great communication and fast at the bid and getting the job done. When we added elements to the job, they accomplished those quickly and safely. I would use their service again!

Rob was recommended to us by ours friends. They told us he and his team did a great job with their pool’s electrical needs. I totally agree with my friends. Rob and his team were professional, flexible, on time and super friendly. I highly recommend them.

Rob and his team exceeded my expectations with re-wiring and adding LED lights in my garage, and adding some outdoor outlets. Fair pricing and got the job done quickly. They were all very friendly, timely, and efficient. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Ryan was very professional and respectful! He worked well past dark to make sure our new well pump was installed and we had running water as soon as possible. He took the time to explain things to me and answered all of my questions. Will absolutely use them again in the future.

This company is awesome! Ryan was out at my place fixing my well within an hour of talking to him on the phone. He was exceptionally friendly and professional. All the work was done with little inconvenience to me and for a fair price.

Rob was great! Called us right back to schedule an appointment. Showed up on time, was very detailed in showing us what we needed to get our hot tub wired in. Crew was efficient, and on time too. Great service. Would highly recommend!

Called as we headed for the airport, off to Mexico. Our well pump went out, they had it fixed before we got home. These guys are really on the ball. 100% a pleasurable experience, would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.

I called Rob at Castle pump at 6 am. We had a tech on site at 2 pm the same day. The problem was diagnosed in just a few minutes upon arrival. The total job took about 2 hours. I would recommend Castle pump. Thank you !

The guys from Castle did our electrical hookup for our hot tub. The installers and the owner were really easy to communicate with and I believe they took care in the quality of their work. Recommended!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ryan was awesome! Responded to my message so fast and was out quickly to fix our water pump in negative degree weather. Nicest guy I’ve worked with in a while.

I had an urgent job and Rob was able to help me out same day! His crew was very professional and efficient. They answered all my questions and were very honest. Customer service is excellent.

Great experience! Saved the day for us after power outage caused problems with some circuits in our house. Very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

Had the crew install a new well pump, one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company in a long time. Breath of fresh air people actually caring about customers.

Had Castle install 4 ventilating fans on your greenhouse & wire up a backup generator. Great work & reasonable. I recommend them all the time.

Ryan and his team were great! Super easy to work with, prompt, clean, and did a great job for a very reasonable price – I trust these guys!
